ALBAWABA - The Israel-US-Iran war has been going on for over a month, with no clues when it is going to end, as talks between the United States and Iran have not reached a breakthrough yet.
U.S. President Donald Trump said Washington could halt its military attacks on Iran within two to three weeks, and that Tehran is not obligated to reach an agreement as a precondition for de-escalating the conflict.
These remarks highlighted the contradictions in Washington's statements regarding how the war, which has now entered its fifth week, will end.

"We'll be leaving very soon," Trump told reporters at the White House on Tuesday, adding that "the withdrawal could happen in two weeks, maybe two weeks, maybe three."
When asked whether successful diplomacy with Iran was a prerequisite for ending what the United States called "Operation Epic Wrath," Trump said it was "not a prerequisite." He added, "Iran does not have to make a deal with me."
The White House later mentioned that Trump would address the nation on Wednesday evening "to provide a significant update on Iran."
