In Syria, thirteen people including four children were killed and nine others injured when a fuel tanker collided with a minibus on a Syrian highway linking northern Syria with Damascus, according to SANA on Tuesday.
The agency said the speeding truck hit the minibus on Monday as the bus tried to turn off at a junction on the highway to the town of Khan Sheikhun, located north of Damascus.
Meanwhile, state-run media reported the truck was carrying diesel but did not say whether it caught fire. The victims were taken to hospital, where 13 people were pronounced dead. (Albawaba.com)
