Iraqi Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Nabil Najem arrived in Cairo late Saturday on a three day visit, the Cairo-based Al Mesa newspaper said.
Najem is visiting Cairo to hold talks with senior Egyptian officials and meet with Arab League Secretary General Amr Mousa.
