Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad embarks on his second visit to Kuwait Sunday, in what political and media officials have termed a visit of "extraordinary importance" in wake of developments in the Middle East and Iraq.
Tishreen reported that Assad's Arab tours are aimed at consolidating Arab solidarity, regaining occupied Arab territories and implementing correct principles without foreign interference with Arab issues.
The Syrian paper added that Arab solidarity will inevitably lead to just and comprehensive peace, security and stability which are much needed by the region so as to achieve development and advancement in all fields. (Albawaba.com)
