Syrian President Bashar al-Assad received Sunday the credentials of new Chile ambassador to Syria Rekardo Feigilist.
President Assad exchanged with the new ambassador cordial words, and wished him success in his mission to enhance the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, <i>SANA</i> news agency reported.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara and Minister of Presidency affairs Gassan Laham.
