Syrian President Bashar al-Assad received in Damascus Saturday the Iranian Information Minister, Ali Younisi and an accompanying delegation. During the meeting, talks focused on the latest developments regarding Iraq, and the possible international reactions, which might come as a result of an American military strike against Iraq, SANA reported.
In addition, talks dealt with the importance of coordination between the two countries in facing any possible developments. The meeting was attended by Interior Minister, Ali Hamoud and the Iranian Ambassador to Syria, Hussein Sheikh al-Islam. (Albawaba.com)
