Syria on Sunday commemorated the war, which began on October 6, 1973, that was led by its late leader Hafez Al-Assad.
SANA said that in honor of the occasion, Syrian President Bashar Al –Assad, accompanied by senior party members, state officials and commanders of the armed forces paid a visit to the monument of martyrs. (Albawaba.com)
