Syria is to take part in the Consultative Conference of the Middle East and North Africa Region that is scheduled to be held in Cairo between June 27-29.
The Conference is to review the UN study on Violence against Children.
Syria is also due to take part in the workshop of the Ministerial Conference that is to be held in Cairo between June 28-29, <i>SANA</i> reported.
The workshop will deal with the Arab countries’ achievements in the field of achieving the developmental targets of the third millennium and the standing challenges in this regard.
Dr. Dyala Haj Aref, Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, is to participate in the meetings.
