South Africa President Thabo Mbeki arrived on Wednesday in Libya, on a previously unannounced visit the period of which was not mentioned, according to Qatar News Agency.
Upon his arrival, the visiting President said he was looking forward to strengthening relations with Libya, which he termed as “excellent”. (albawaba.com)
