Six people were killed and eight others injured in a traffic accident north of Beirut on Tuesday, the official news agency and security officials said.
The accident took place near the town of Jbeil on the main
highway linking the northern city of Tripoli with Beirut.
According to security officials, a container slipped off the back of a truck and landed on a minibus, killing and injuring its passengers.
The news agency said most of those injured were in serious condition. (Albawaba.com)
