Shooting kills 1, injures 13 people in Beersheba, Israel

ALBAWABA - According to the Israeli Channel 12, a shooting took place in Beersheba, resulting in the killing of one and injuring 13 others. The woman killed in the attack was a soldier in the Israeli Border Guard.

The Israeli police warned people to stay clear of the Central Bus Station in the area. Police and emergency teams were dispatched to the area. MDA confirmed that two attacks happened in two different places.

The shooter was killed by the Israeli police, according to the Jerusalem Post. Sources confirmed that the shooter is from the Negev region and holds Israeli nationality.

Magen David Adom (MDA) confirmed on X that workers at the scene are treating nine people who had been injured with various degrees following the attack.

Earlier, Israel's MDA added that it sent a person with moderate-to-serious condition, a few people in moderate condition, and three others in light injuries to the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
