Jewish settlers in the flashpoint West Bank city of Hebron attacked a Palestinian father and son on Sunday, seriously wounding the latter, reported the official Palestinian news agency, WAFA.
The agency identified the son as Adnan Jbour, 23, and said he suffered a head wound.
Israel pulled out of 80 percent of Hebron in 1997 under an agreement with the Palestinians, but still controls an enclave inhabited by 400 of some of the most militant settlers in the Occupied Territories.
The town has been a frequent flashpoint, especially since the Palestinian uprising broke out nine months ago – Albawaba.com
