The Moroccan American Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange (MACECE) has just launched the new edition of the Partnership for Learning Undergraduate Studies Program. <i>Le Matin</i> reports that Moroccan sophomore students registered in a Moroccan education institution will be able to apply for the scholarships offered within the framework of this program. The deadline to apply for the scholarships, which will lead to a degree in the US, is November 15, 2005. The objective of the scholarship is to promote a better understanding between the people of Morocco and of the United States.
