Saudi Arabia on Monday beheaded an Indian and a Pakistani found guilty of smuggling heroin into the kingdom, the interior minister announced.
Indian national Sandaram Babu Ghun was executed in the eastern town of Dammam while Mudhaffar Khan Kulbir Khan from Pakistan was beheaded in the Red Sea city of Jeddah for heroin smuggling, the ministry said.
The beheadings take to four the number of executions in Saudi Arabia since the start of the year.
There were at least 113 executions announced in the kingdom in 2000.
