ALBAWABA - A Russian drone strike on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region killed two people, a local official said on Wednesday.

"A 68-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were killed" in the attack on Synelnykivsky district, Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the regional administration, posted on his Telegram channel.

This comes as Russia, Ukraine and the United States are set to hold negotiations in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.

Earlier, several rounds of talks happened, but failed to strike a deal between the two countries, which have been fighting since Moscow decided to attack in February 2022.
