Russian Foreign Minster Igor Ivanov arrived Sunday in Libya on an official visit to discuss technological and military cooperation, reported BBC Radio.
The radio said that Ivanov met with Libyan leader Muammar Kadhafi and conveyed a message from President Vladimir Putin.
No further details were disclosed on the meeting, but the radio said the two countries were discussing military and technological deals.
