Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has pardoned 126 prisoners. According to WAM, the Ruler's gesture aimed at enabling the released prisoners to reunion with their families at during the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.
