An unknown assailant shot and killed an Israeli Thursday night in Zurich, Switzerland.
The victim, a devout Jew of about 70 years of age, was murdered in the street with a pistol, the Israeli counsel to Switzerland, Eli Yifrah, told Army Radio, cited by the Jerusalem Post.
The murderer escaped, said the report.
Investigators are examining whether the crime was related to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict, since no money was stolen from the victim, said the radio – Albawaba.com
