The year 2000 list includes 32 actors or actresses, seven musicians, three athletes, two models, a television news anchor, a policy analyst, an MTV host, a chef and a royal figure.
American actress Julia Roberts tops the 2000 list and is featured on the cover of the 11th annual issue devoted to the topic, People announced Wednesday.
Roberts has made the "50 Most Beautiful" list five times and the "Most Beautiful" cover twice, which means she is quite beautiful, according to the magazine.
Tom Cruise and Michelle Pfeiffer are most frequently declared beautiful by the magazine, with six list appearances each.
