Quake jolts southern Turkey

A moderate earthquake hit southern Turkey Friday, the Anatolia news agency reported. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.  

 

The earthquake, which had a preliminary magnitude of 4.0, struck at 7:10 a.m. (local time) in the southern province of Gaziantep, Anatolia said. Gaziantep is some 675 kilometers southeast of Ankara. (Albawaba.com)
