According to JANA, in response to the leader's call to the Ayar Liberation front in northern Niger, to put an end to violence disarm, and resort to dialogue, the leader of the military wing of the Front, that comprise armed group of some Tuareg tribes in Niger, Mohammed Abulla, handed over weapons of the front, and put all its fighters and cadres at the disposal of the leader of the revolution.
This was carried out during a major ceremony organized in Ubari City in Wadi al-Hayat Shabya ( municipality) , southern Libya, Friday evening, before a large crowed of Taureq elderly and tribe chiefs in Great Jamahiriya, Niger, and Mali.
The ceremony was attended by coordinators of social people's leaderships of Wadi al-Hayat and Ghat shabya ( municipalities), Secretaries of People's Congresses, Secretaries of the People's Committees of both Shabby, members of people's congresses and people's committees, officers and non commissioned officers of the armed people.
At the beginning of the ceremony fighters of the front handed over their light weapons and machineries which they decided to place it at the disposal of the leader of the revolution, to the commander of the defensive region.
Then, in a speech Mohammed Abulla praised the leader of the revolution on this historic day, in which Ayar Liberation Front in Northern Niger voluntarily handed over its weapons in response to the Leader of the revolution.
In his speech he stated; " I convey my greetings to the people of the region, and those who attended in the name of the leader of the revolution, as well as to all Malian Nigeran and Libyan Taureg tribes. This day very great, and a historic day, it is the day on which we decided to hand over our weapons at our own will to the leader of the revolution, leader Muammar al-Gathafi.
I would like to explain that the circumstances that led us to take arms were economic, political and social ones. On this day we decided to hand over our weapons, and hand it over to the leader of the revolution personally, for he is the leader of the Taureg, and Africa" Then, bro. Abulla handed over his rifle.
The coordinator of Social people's Leadership of Wadi al-Hayat Shabya took the floor to address the gathering in which after welcoming the guests he said; " I express my sincere thanks to thinker Muammar al-Gahtafi, the High Peace Mediator in Cen-sad space and in Africa, who taught us how to make use of time, and cherish hope and have a bond of security and belief with our brothers" Then, the Tuareg tribe in Ubari delivered a speech in which they welcomed the response of the front to the call of the leader Muammar al-Gathafi for the building of new Africa and solving its problems by peaceful means, renouncing armed conflict and resorting to dialogue and negotiations.
"We reaffirm the historic and reconciltary role of the leader, whose hand was extended to the great lakes, Somalia, southern Sudan, Darfur and else where. We also support those who handed over their weapons to the leader putting an end to war, renouncing violence, to realize stability and development.
The, displays of the camels were made by the Tuareg in expression of their joy of this event.
