Prince Andrew of York, has met at the Muscat Knowledge Oasis with Maqbool bin Ali Sultan, Oman's Commerce and Industry Minister, and Chairman of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estate (PEIE)’s Board. According to ONA, Maqbool said they discussed the facilities offered by the Knowledge Oasis to companies to set up projects there, future of IT in the Sultanate and the role of scientific colleges and human resources development in this field.
