According to JANA, the personal envoy of President /dos Santos /of Republic of Angola ,deputy foreign Minister of Angola /Jorge cheikoti / departed Tripoli International Airport today afternoon .
He was seen off at the Airport by the Assistant director of African affairs department at the General People's Committee for foreign liaison and International cooperation .
