The President of the European Parliament visited in Rabat on September 13. Le Matin reports that during his visit, Borell gave a press conference on the relations between European Union and Morocco. Borell also met the Moroccan delegation led by Abdelouahed Radi to assess the economic, political and cultural cooperation envisaged by Barcelona Process and the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership (EMF), which was established in 1995 among 15 European countries, and 12 countries of Mediterranean Basin including Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
