The Yemeni Ministry of International Cooperation and Planning has started initial negotiations with the Islamic Bank for Development to finance establishing a marine sciences college in Hodeida university.
Deputy minister, Abdullah Al-Shater said on Monday that the Islamic Bank for Development would grant the government a soft loan estimated at $10 million as a contribution to establishing the college. According to SABA, Al-Shater expected that the implementation process would start next year after signing the submission agreement.
