After two years out of his country, the painter Abdellatif Lasri has returned to Morocco, his native land where he is putting on display his latest works. The exhibition is scheduled to last until next January 8 at the “Chez l’Artiste” gallery in Casablanca.

Lasri said his absence was caused because one does not display when one feels like it but displays when one has something meaningful to display.

Lasri has won international acclaim, particularly in France, where he has exhibited at some of the most prestigious exhibits.
