Oman's ministry of national economy reported a 4.4 percent rise in oil production to 257m barrels in the first nine months of the year, AME Info reported Tuesday.
The average price was USD26.5 per barrel, a 74 percent rise on the same period in 1999, AME Info said, noting that China, Japan and South Korea were the main customers for Oman's oil -- Albawaba.com
