Foreign ministers of Oman and Iran held Saturday in Muscat talks that focused on ways to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries, reported the official IRNA news agency.
Iranian Foreign Ministers Kamal Kharrazi arrived in Muscat on Friday, said IRNA, adding that the minister will take part in the third ministerial meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC) that will focus on cooperation between member states in different fields.
During the meeting, the two foreign ministers explored fresh avenues for closer cooperation and development of bilateral relations between Tehran and Muscat, said IRNA.
