The first edition of LBC’s Mission Fashion wrapped up in style with the attendance of Elie Saab, Lebanon’s top haute couture designer. Sponsoring the event was the ever-elegant Nissan Murano, highlighted by its sleek, stylish and sophisticated design, along with a powerful V6 engine.
Under the tutelage and guidance of Elie Saab, Nissan Middle East sponsored this first-ever model-designer competition in the Arab world, supporting young Arab talent reach their dream of haute couture design.
“We take great pride in supporting this young Arab talent” commented Monal Zeidan, Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications Departments at Nissan Middle East. “Elie Saab is known to be of the highest caliber in haute couture design around the world, and these young women and men had a great opportunity to be featured on the world stage to highlight their limitless potential” continued Zeidan.
The stylish Nissan Murano was featured as the main sponsor for this event, under the concept of SHIFT_ design, the Nissan Murano fits directly into that model-designer niche. “The Murano is all about stylish design” said Zeidan, “sponsoring a show like this would be a natural step for the Murano as it fits extremely well in the design circuit.”
The designer award was handed over to Antoine Al Kareh from Lebanon, while the model award was given to Rym Al Saiidi from Tunisia.
