The UAE's President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan has issued a federal decree No.56 of 2003 appointing Sultan bin Khalfan Matar Al Rumaithy as the Chief of the office of the Deputy Prime Minister at the rank of Under Secretary of a Ministry, WAM reported on Sunday. Al Rumaithy will assume his new office in addition to his original office of Director of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
