Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak and his accompanying delegation left Triploi late Wednesday following a brief visit to Libya.
During his visit, Mubarak held talks with his Libyan
counterpart Col. Gaddafi on the challenges that face the Arab nation as well as bilateral relations between both countries.
Egyptian ambassador to Libya Hani Khallaf said the two
leaders had exchanged views on the Palestinian situation and the Israeli repressive measures against the Palestinian people. The two leaders also discussed developments in Iraq, issues pertaining to the African federation and means for activating the joint Arab work. (Albawaba.com)
