Egyptian President Mohammad Hosni Mubarak is expected to arrive in Abu Dhabi on Saturday for talks with his counterpart Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Emirates’ official news (WAM) reported.
Both leaders will focus their talks on the latest developments and the international efforts against terrorism in the wake of anti-terrorism campaign and the US-led war against Afghanistan.
The visiting leader will exchange views with Sheikh Zayed on means of reviving the Middle East peace process as well as bilateral co-operation.
Mubarak’s visit to Abu Dhabi, according to WAM, is part of "ongoing consultations between the two countries about international efforts to eradicate terrorism."
The Egyptian leader last visited the UAE in May as part of a Gulf tour – Albawaba.com
