Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak ended Friday a three-day official visit to Oman, where he held talks with Sultan Qaboos on ways of enhancing bilateral ties, the peace process in the Middle East and the situation in the Gulf, reported the Oman Observer newspaper Saturday.
The two leaders also discussed "permanent coordination between Arab countries to bring about solidarity," AFP said, quoting the Oman news agency.
Meanwhile, press reports said the Mubarak will visit Tunisia Sunday for bilateral talks with President Zein Al-Abideen bin Ali.
Both leaders will also tackle the latest situation in the Middle East and ways to revive the stumbling peace process between the Palestinians and Israelis -- Albawaba.com
