Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak on Tuesday spoke over the phone about Middle East developments with U.S. president George W. Bush, radio Cairo reported.
It added U.S. and Egyptian efforts to contain the deterioration in the situation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority were discussed.
The two leaders have recently conversed on the phone several times. The calls came before Mubarak's Washington visit due soon. (Albawaba.com)
