Arab league secretary general Amr Moussa is due in Beirut on Thursday on a visit to prepare for the Arab summit due to be held in the Lebanese capital late March, an official source said on Wednesday.
The source told the Kuwaiti official news agency (KUNA) that Moussa’s visit was designed to intensify consultations between the league and Beirut to prepare for the summit, during which several crucial issues, namely the Palestinian issue would be discussed. Moussa will hold talks with the country's top leaders to discuss the broad lines of the summit agenda. (Albawaba.com)
