Mazen Swan, who has been the head of Siemens Morocco for more than twenty years now, announced on July 4 that Moroccan Royal Film resold its 49.5 % share of the German Company Siemens, for a sum which he did not reveal.
<i>Yabiladi</i> reports that Mazen Swan confirmed Siemens' purchase of the royal family’s share during a friendly transaction but he was reluctant to give a detailed explanation regarding the exact nature of this transaction. Swan also noted that the local sales turnover of Siemens Morocco should increase this year to 900 million dirhams (82 million euros), in comparison to 730 million dirhams last year.
