Morocco’s King Mohammed VI is due to pay a friendship visit to Qatar in the framework of a tour he will undertake to several Arab capitals.
The visit will be the first of its kind the Monarch pays to Qatar.
In the course of the visit, King Mohammed VI, chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, is scheduled to hold talks with the Emir of Qatar, acting chairman of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), on the latest developments in the Islamic arena and on the Middle East peace, Moroccan foreign affairs and cooperation minister, Mohamed Benaissa, told the press, according to Maghreb Arabe Presse.
Qatari foreign minister, Sheikh Hamad Ben Jabr Ben Jassem Al-Thani, visited Morocco last week and delivered King Mohammed VI a message from the Emir of Qatar. (Albawaba.com)
