A new scheme for creating free of charge learning structures which do not lead to diplomas is winning wide applaud in the Moroccan press. The initiative launched by the Moroccan secretariat for youth and culture has dubbed the scheme "knowledge for knowledge".
The main areas that will be taught in the program are sociology, communication, philosophy, history, education sciences and law, according to <i>MAP</i>. The Moroccan government is keen to use such initiatives to give opportunities to those who were not able to continue higher education.
