EU Middle East envoy Miguel Moratinos met in Damascus on Thursday with Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk Al Shara on developments of the situation in the Middle East in light of Israeli hostility against the Palestinians, reported Kuwaiti official news agency (KUNA).
