Mobile phone purchase at Cellucom bags AED 100,000 for house wife

The reality of winning AED 100,000 has not sunk in for a Sharjah based house wife, Jannath Yasmin, who purchased a new mobile phone recently from a Cellucom outlet in the UAE. Ms. Yasmin was the lucky winner of the weekly draw. The prize money was awarded recently at the Spinney’s Cellucom Express Outlet at the Sahara Centre, Sharjah. Mohammad Kamal, Asst CEO, Operations, Emirates Post, gave away the prize to the lucky winner.

Cellucom is the title sponsor of Postcard Millionaire program organised by Emirates Post, whereby one lucky person winning the weekly draw takes home a sum of AED 100,000 or host of other prizes. The winner of AED 100,000 becomes automatically eligible for the grand draw of AED 1 million. The Postcard Millionaire has been running successfully since the past two years, and the previous three weekly draws were held in Cellucom stores.

Expressing her delight at winning the prize, Ms Yasmin, said, “Winning this prize has truly taken me and my family by surprise. We would most probably set aside some amount for contributing to charitable causes and the rest we would keep aside for our family’s future. I thank Cellucom and Emirates Post for this wonderful present, and hope that more of your customers win in the weekly draws.”
