One year after winning the African Under 18 Cup in Cairo, Moroccan tennis player, Mehdi Ziadi, is currently ranked 940 in the world. The youngster is determined to climb in the world ranking.
The two tournaments, in which he was supposed to take part this month, in Egypt and in Portugal, were canceled but on February 7 Ziadi is traveling to Switzerland to participate in four tournaments.
According to Augourd'hui, Ziadi, now 18 year old, is hoping to get more points that will upgrade his position and thus enable him to participate in the world's Grand Slam tournaments.
