The Tunisian press is devoting considerable attention to Libya's ongoing interest in learning from Tunisia's experience in the field of higher education as part of a larger process of cooperation, as reported in the Tunisian newspaper, La Presse.

Lazhar Bououni, the Tunisian minister of higher education concluded a series of agreements with Mehdi Embirich, the head of the Libyan education ministry over the weekend.

The Libyans are particularly interested in Tunisia's experience in teaching the arts and archeology. Libya has some of the richest archeological sites in the world and this can be turned into a very profitable tourist industry.
