Cellucom, one of the fastest growing distributors of mobile communication devices and accessories in the Middle East, has announced plans to launch operations in Oman to tap the growing market for mobile communication devices in the Sultanate, with the launch of two showrooms in the coming few days.
Mobile users in Oman will also benefit from the range of complementary services such as life-time warranty, 30 minute repair and Cellucom Uclub, a mobile phone entertainment portal.
The foray into Oman is part of Cellucom’s aggressive growth strategy for the GCC region, aimed at becoming the fastest growing retail chain in the Middle East. The announcement comes after the unveiling of expansion plans for the high-growth markets across the GCC. After successfully implementing its expansions plans in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE, Cellucom is concentrating its efforts on venturing in Oman for the first time.
