The art gallery of the French Institute of Rabat will host a painting exhibition by famous Moroccan painter, Mohamed Lagzouli. The exhibition will open on Tuesday May 31 with an official inauguration ceremony and continue until Wednesday July 13.
Lagzouli was born in 1937 in Sale, Morocco. Lagzouli's paintings are known for their richness and the plurality of themes they deal with. They are representing various aspects of life in Morocco such as rural areas, the local craft industry and hammam, encounters with Western tourists etc.
