Kuwaiti Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Ali al-Moamen arrived in Doha Saturday to participate in the "Eagle Resolve 2002" military drills held between Qatar and the United States and with the participation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, KUNA reported.
