Some 20 Kuwaiti companies from various sectors will participate in the cultural and commercial exhibition "Kuwait in the heart of Tunisia" during September 6th-10th, reported the September edition of Kuwaiti newspaper <i>Al-Watan</i>. Joint Tunisian-Kuwaiti companies will also take part in the event, headed by the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Development Group and The Tunisian-Kuwaiti Development Bank.
The exhibition aims to strengthen cooperation relations between the two countries in all spheres and to encourage the private sector to expand cooperation. Several top Tunisian officials are expected to attend the opening ceremony, such as the Minister of Trade and Handicrafts Mondher Zenaidi, Minister of Tourism Tijani Haddad, the Kuwait information undersecretary of external media Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Sabah and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tunisia, Dr. Suheil Khalil Shuheibar.
