Kuwait and the Dominican Republic signed an agreement Saturday to establish diplomatic relations in a ceremony held in Santo Domingo, reported the official Kuwaiti news agency, KUNA.
The agreement was signed by Kuwait's ambassador to Venezuela, Sheikh Ali Al Sabah, on behalf of Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Jaber Al Sabah and by Dominican Foreign Minister Hugo Tolentino Dipp.
The Kuwaiti ambassador, added the agency, held talks with several Dominican officials on ways to establish bilateral ties in various fields – Albawaba.com
