Kuwait’s First deputy prime minister and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah sent Tuesday a cable of condolences to Oman’s official in charge of foreign relations Yousif bin Alawi bin Abdullah following the heavy storm that hit the coastal region close to the Althufar province, which resulted in a number of casualties, according to KUNA.
In an unrelated matter, Sheikh Sabah also sent a cable of congratulations to Norway’s foreign minister Jan Petersen on the occasion of his country’s national day. (Albawaba.com)
