Kraft Foods International Acquires Moroccan Cafés Ennasr

It was reported that Kraft Foods International has bought Cafés Ennasr Philip Morris subsidiary. 

The Kraft Foods International has bought Cafés Ennasr from the Moroccan holding company OMNIPAR, which is refocusing on its chocolate operations, reports said. 

The Cafés Ennasr brands Samar and Gaouar have joined existing Kraft coffees Carte Noire and Jacobs, as well as chocolate brands Milka and Toblerone, said the Upline Security. 

None of the parties has revealed the purchase price for Cafés Ennasr, which claims a 25 percent market share worth Dh1 billion ($92 million), the news service added – Albawaba.com
