Iran's President Mohammad Khatami said on Wednesday that the US accusations against Iran are repetitive and
outdated.
Speaking at the end of the weekly cabinet meeting, Khatami said Washington`s allegations against Iran have always been unfounded adding that the US officials are used to direct such "baseless" accusations against Iran. "That`s not something new," he added.
Khatami was reacting on President Bush's latest comments that Iran, as well as Syria, must enforce their borders in order to prevent from fighters to infiltrate into Iraq. Bush on Tuesday told reporters at a White House briefing, "We are working closely with [Iran, Syria] to let them know we expect them to enforce borders." (Albawaba.com)
